From "wouldn't F1 be fun?" to a buildable change

That’s the whole arc, from “wouldn’t F1 be fun?” to a validated, buildable change.

In one sitting: traced MultiViewer’s local GraphQL on the actual magic-mirror host, proved the video-sync comes free and that the player-control cockpit works on production hardware, designed seven session-adaptive faces (race plus its flag states, the 2026 quali drop-zone, a practice sector tool), and landed it as a four-artifact OpenSpec change — proposal, design, specs, tasks.

Plus one radical idea that stuck: team radio whispering from the mirror’s own little speaker while the room hears the race.

Next: build.
